1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered by Corgenic to its customers via its website www.corgenic.com . Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.
2. Products
The products offered are food supplements intended for sports and personal use.
Product descriptions, photos, and information sheets are presented as accurately as possible. However, Corgenic cannot be held liable for any unintentional errors or omissions. Products are offered subject to availability.
3. Price
The prices shown are in euros ( € ) including all taxes (TTC).
Corgenic reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Order
The customer selects the products that ' He wishes to purchase and confirms his order after verification.
A confirmation email is sent once the payment has been made.

7. Right of withdrawal

- Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)

9. Responsibility
Corgenic cannot be held liable for damages resulting from ' Improper use of the products. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines.'
