Everything you need to know about Performance Essentials Protocol

The Performance Essentials Protocol combines ELEMENT WHEY™, a single-source concentrated whey, and 100% micronized creatine monohydrate.

Proteins contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.A serving of ELEMENT WHEY™ provides high-nutritional-value proteins and all essential amino acids, including BCAAs.

Creatine improves physical performanceduring successive short-duration, high-intensity efforts. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine, or one dose.

Two of the most well-documented ingredients in sports nutrition, combined in a routine designed for bodybuilders and athletes involved in sports requiring repeated or high-intensity efforts.

Benefits

Maintenance and increase of muscle mass

Proteins contribute to the maintenance and increase of muscle mass. ELEMENT WHEY™ easily supplements daily protein intake. Each serving provides all essential amino acids, including the three BCAAs — a high nutritional value protein intake, with each dose.

Physical performance during intense and repeated efforts

Creatine improves physical performance during successive sets of very intense, short-duration exercises. This beneficial effect is obtained by daily consumption of 3g of creatine, which is one dose. This applies to efforts such as weightlifting sets, repeated sprints, or short interval training.

Features

What is the Performance Essentials Protocol?

A combination of two distinct products, each retaining its own format and consumption schedule: ELEMENT WHEY™, an instant whey concentrate with a single protein source, and 100% micronized creatine monohydrate providing 3g per serving.

How do the two products work?

Through two distinct physiological pathways.

Whey proteins provide all essential amino acids, including BCAAs, which the body uses for muscle protein turnover. Proteins contribute to the maintenance and increase of muscle mass.

Creatine is stored in the muscle, partly as phosphocreatine, which participates in the rapid regeneration of ATP during short, intense efforts. Creatine improves physical performance during successive bursts of high-intensity, short-duration exercise, with a daily intake of 3g.

The two mechanisms do not overlap: the first concerns the material of muscle mass, the second energy availability during exertion. They are not dependent on each other and do not compete.

Who is it for?

For individuals practicing bodybuilding, strength sports, and activities involving repeated or high-intensity efforts, who wish to combine a daily protein intake with regular creatine supplementation.

Dosage

Element Whey™

1 serving = 1 scoop, approximately 25 g, to be mixed with 200 to 250 ml of water in a shaker.
Take 2 servings per day.

Creatine Monohydrate

1 serving = 1 scoop, approximately 3.4 g of creatine monohydrate providing 3 g of creatine, to be mixed in 200 ml of water or another beverage.
Take 1 serving per day, including on non-training days.

Both together

The creatine serving can be added to the ELEMENT WHEY™ shaker or taken separately.

In your routine

Around training

A dose of ELEMENT WHEY™ after your workout remains the simplest benchmark to maintain: the timing is clear, and you won't forget to take it. The creatine dose can be added to the same shaker—one preparation, two guaranteed doses.

On non-training days

Creatine should be taken every day. It's the level of muscle creatine, achieved and maintained through regularity, that matters—not its proximity to your workout. However, rest days are precisely when people tend to forget: it's better to tie the intake to a routine moment already established in your day, like morning coffee or a meal, rather than to a workout that isn't happening.

Protein needs don't stop either. Muscle protein renewal continues long after your workout, and it's the daily total that counts, whether it's a training day or not. A dose of ELEMENT WHEY™ therefore plays exactly the same role on rest days: to supplement your intake when meals aren't enough.

When meals aren't sufficient

A 25g dose can be incorporated wherever protein intake drops: a quick breakfast, a day of travel, a late-afternoon snack, a light dinner. This is the primary function of whey—to bridge the gap between needs and what your diet actually provides, without special preparation or organization.

What really matters

Two things: the regularity of creatine over several weeks, and your total daily protein intake. The rest—precise timing around your workout, anabolic window, initial loading phase—pales in comparison.

Why this formulation?

Why a single protein source?
Because concentrated whey alone covers the complete amino acid profile in a formula that aims for simplicity. For a more concentrated matrix with an isolate dominance, SUB ZERO™ is the answer.

Why instant WPC80?
To combine high protein concentration, immediate dispersion, and homogeneous preparation — the quality of a whey is also judged by daily use.

Why creatine monohydrate?
Because it is the most studied form, and the only one to which European regulations attach a claim. Alternative forms — HCl, malate, buffered — are more a marketing argument than a documented rationale.

Acesulfame K and sucralose provide the desired sweetness in very small quantities. Corgenic displays their exact content to allow for a complete understanding of the formulation.

These two sweeteners are authorized in the European Union. The EFSA re-evaluated acesulfame K on April 30, 2025, and set an acceptable daily intake (ADI) of 15 mg per kg of body weight per day, replacing the 9 mg/kg established in 2000. Sucralose was re-evaluated on February 17, 2026, with EFSA concluding that there was no need to revise the existing ADI of 15 mg/kg per day. At recommended doses, two servings provide approximately 6.7% of the ADI for acesulfame K and 5.3% for sucralose for a 70 kg person.
