Benefits

Reduction of fatigue

Magnesium, vitamin B6, iron, and vitamin C help reduce fatigue. The daily dose of the protocol provides 80% of the NRVs for magnesium, 200% for vitamin B6, 100% for iron, and 125% for vitamin C.

Red blood cells and oxygen transport

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, as well as to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells.

Immune system

Vitamin D, iron, vitamin C, and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D is provided at 25 µg per day, which is 500% of the NRVs.

Nervous system and psychological functions

Magnesium, vitamin B6, and vitamin C contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological functions. Iron contributes to normal cognitive function.

Bones and muscle function

What is the Essential Health Iron Protocol?

A combination of three formulas, each with two nutrients: magnesium and vitamin B6, vitamins D3 and K2, iron and vitamin C.

Iron is provided in the form of Albion® Ferrochel® chelated bisglycinate, in which it is bound to two glycine molecules. Magnesium is provided in the form of Albion® TRAACS® Buffered bisglycinate. Vitamin K2 is a menaquinone-7 (MK-7) from natural fermentation, dispersed in the MenaQ7® MATRIX. Vitamin D3 is provided in the form of cholecalciferol. PureWay-C® vitamin C is combined with citrus bioflavonoids and fatty acids.

How do these nutrients work?

Iron and vitamin C.Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, as well as to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, and both nutrients are combined in the same capsule.

Vitamins D and K.Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, as well as to normal blood calcium levels. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.

Magnesium and vitamin B6.Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal protein synthesis. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of protein and glycogen, as well as to the normal formation of red blood cells.

Four of the six nutrients, from two formulas, contribute to normal energy metabolism: magnesium, vitamin B6, iron, and vitamin C.

Who is the Essential Health Iron Protocol for?

For adults who wish to supplement their intake of magnesium, vitamins D and K, and iron within the same routine. As vitamin D is largely synthesized by the skin under the effect of sunlight, periods of low sunlight are a common context for supplementation.

The presence of iron makes this protocol particularly suitable for individuals whose iron needs are increased or whose dietary intake may be insufficient. This is particularly the case for women of childbearing age, athletes, and people following a predominantly plant-based diet. Precautions for use, particularly in the case of anticoagulant treatment, are detailed below.


Dosage

MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE 300™: 3 capsules daily with a glass of water.

VITAMINS D3 + K2 MK-7™: 1 capsule daily with a meal and a glass of water.

IRON BISGLYCINATE™: 1 capsule daily with a glass of water.

This means 5 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for each formula.

Each MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE 300™ bottle contains 90 capsules, which is a 30-day supply: the second bottle takes over from the first, for a total of 60 days.

In your routine

In the morning

1 capsule of IRON BISGLYCINATE™ with a glass of water, preferably away from tea and coffee.

At dinner

1 capsule of VITAMINS D3 + K2 MK-7™ and 3 capsules of MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE 300™, with a glass of water. Vitamins D and K are fat-soluble: take them with a meal.

Two times, no more

This distribution separates iron and magnesium by several hours, [two minerals that are usually not taken at the same time]. If dinner is not convenient, lunch also works.

Over 60 days

Start the second magnesium container halfway through. The three formulas finish together, which provides a simple guide for reordering.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

In mainland France, delivery is free for purchases over €25; below this amount, the cost is €6. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

In other served European Union countries, the cost is €9 per order. The applicable delivery time is indicated when you confirm your order, depending on the destination country. Available destinations are displayed when you enter your address.

How do I track my order?

After validation, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been taken into account. Upon shipment, a second email will provide you with tracking information if the chosen delivery method includes it.

In case of unusual delay, please write to us at hello@corgenic.com stating your order number: we will check the situation with the carrier and advise you on the steps to follow.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are quickly sent to our logistics center for preparation. Please write to us as soon as possible at hello@corgenic.com with your order number: if the order is not yet being prepared, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified. You then have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

How do I return an item or exercise my right of withdrawal?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify it. Use the withdrawal feature accessible on the website, or write to retour@corgenic.com specifying your order number and the products concerned. Simply returning a product without declaration is not sufficient.

You then have 14 days to return the products to us; direct return costs are at your expense. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your return or proof of its dispatch, using the original payment method.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products unsealed after delivery – please check your order before opening a product you may wish to return. This exclusion does not apply to a defective or non-compliant product.

What should I do if my order is incomplete or damaged, or if a product is defective?

Contact hello@corgenic.com, providing your order number, the product(s) concerned, and the nature of the problem. If possible, include photos of the package, its packaging, and the product, and keep the packaging until your request is processed.

Our team will review the situation and advise you on the appropriate solution. If the return is made under the legal guarantee of conformity, it will be handled free of charge for you.
