The Sleep Protocol combines two formulas for 60 days, 4 capsules per day.

MELOTIME® (1 pillbox):1.9 mg of sustained-release melatonin, gradually released throughout the night. 1 capsule before bedtime. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

What is the Sleep Protocol?

A combination of two formulas for a total duration of 60 days:

  • MELOTIME®, a prolonged-release melatonin dosed at 1.9 mg per capsule (1 bottle);
  • MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE 300™, which combines Albion® TRAACS® magnesium and vitamin B6 (2 bottles).

How does it work?

The two formulas do not act in the same way: melatonin is taken before bedtime, while magnesium and vitamin B6 are part of a regular daily intake.

Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body, whose secretion increases in the evening. Taken as a supplement before bedtime, it helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. MELOTIME® has a prolonged-release profile: an initial fraction is released after intake, then melatonin continues to be gradually delivered over several hours.

Magnesium is a mineral that the body does not produce and must be supplied through diet. It is involved in many functions, including the functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B6 also plays a role in the functioning of the nervous system.

Who is the Sleep Protocol for?

For adults wishing to reduce their time to fall asleep while maintaining regular intake of magnesium and vitamin B6. Melatonin is not recommended for certain profiles and requires medical advice for others: see precautions for use.

Dosage

MELOTIME®: 1 capsule per day with a glass of water, before bedtime.

MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE 300™: 3 capsules per day with a glass of water.

A total of 4 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for each formula.

Each MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE 300™ pillbox contains 90 capsules, enough for 30 days: the second box takes over from the first, for a total of 60 days.

In your routine

During the day

3 capsules of MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE 300™ with a glass of water, in one dose or spread throughout the day. The time of intake is flexible: prioritize regularity.

In the evening, before bed

1 capsule of MELOTIME® with a glass of water, ideally 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, the window used in the clinical study conducted on Melotime®. After taking, avoid driving and any activity requiring vigilance.

Regular schedule

Keep your bedtime and wake-up times as regular as possible, and limit screen exposure in the late evening.

Over 60 days

Start the second magnesium pillbox halfway through: both formulas will finish together. If sleep difficulties persist, consult a doctor.

Why this formulation?

Why two formulas instead of a single complex?
To preserve the dosage of each formula and two distinct intake times: melatonin before bedtime, magnesium at the chosen time during the day.

Why prolonged-release melatonin?
For gradual release throughout the night, whereas immediate release concentrates on the first few hours. This profile is documented by a pharmacokinetic study on Melotime®.

Why 1.9 mg of melatonin?
Because it is the dose closest to the 2 mg studied on Melotime® that is permitted within the framework of food supplements, beyond the 1 mg required by the claim.

Why two magnesium pill boxes?
So that both formulas cover the same 60-day period and finish together.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

In mainland France, delivery is free for purchases over €25; below this amount, the cost is €6. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

In other served European Union countries, the cost is €9 per order. The applicable delivery time is indicated when you confirm your order, depending on the destination country. Available destinations are displayed when you enter your address.

How do I track my order?

After validation, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been taken into account. Upon shipment, a second email will provide you with tracking information if the chosen delivery method includes it.

In case of unusual delay, please write to us at hello@corgenic.com stating your order number: we will check the situation with the carrier and advise you on the steps to follow.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are quickly sent to our logistics center for preparation. Please write to us as soon as possible at hello@corgenic.com with your order number: if the order is not yet being prepared, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified. You then have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

How do I return an item or exercise my right of withdrawal?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify it. Use the withdrawal feature accessible on the website, or write to retour@corgenic.com specifying your order number and the products concerned. Simply returning a product without declaration is not sufficient.

You then have 14 days to return the products to us; direct return costs are at your expense. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your return or proof of its dispatch, using the original payment method.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products unsealed after delivery – please check your order before opening a product you may wish to return. This exclusion does not apply to a defective or non-compliant product.

What should I do if my order is incomplete or damaged, or if a product is defective?

Contact hello@corgenic.com, providing your order number, the product(s) concerned, and the nature of the problem. If possible, include photos of the package, its packaging, and the product, and keep the packaging until your request is processed.

Our team will review the situation and advise you on the appropriate solution. If the return is made under the legal guarantee of conformity, it will be handled free of charge for you.
