Everything you need to know about Synogen

SYNOGEN™ is a nutritional complex for joint health. A 12g serving provides 8g of type I & III bovine collagen peptides, combined with methylsulfonylmethane (750mg), glucosamine sulfate (500mg), chondroitin sulfate (300mg), hyaluronic acid (30mg), and a turmeric root extract titrated in curcuminoids (40mg).

Three micronutrients complete the formula: vitamin C (175% of NRV), magnesium in bisglycinate form (32%), and zinc in picolinate form (30%). Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of cartilage.

What is SYNOGEN™?

Collagen is the most abundant structural protein in the body. Types I and III are mainly found in skin, bones, tendons, and ligaments. Collagen peptides are obtained through enzymatic hydrolysis: the native protein, too large to be absorbed as is, is broken down into low molecular weight fragments.

Methylsulfonylmethane is an organic sulfur compound. Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural constituents of the cartilage matrix, the former in the form of an aminosugar, the latter in the form of a glycosaminoglycan. Hyaluronic acid belongs to the same family and is found, in particular, in synovial fluid.

Vitamin C, magnesium, and zinc are three essential micronutrients, provided here in the form of L-ascorbic acid, bisglycinate, and picolinate.

How does it work?

Ingested collagen peptides are digested and then absorbed as amino acids and di- or tripeptides, including hydroxyproline. They join the body's circulating amino acid pool.

Vitamin C acts as an enzymatic cofactor in the hydroxylation of proline and lysine, a necessary step for normal collagen formation. This mechanism forms the basis of the authorized claim relating to the normal function of cartilage.

Magnesium and zinc participate in protein synthesis, which includes endogenous collagen production, and in the maintenance of normal bones.

For whom?

Adults seeking collagen supplementation combined with micronutrients, particularly in the context of regular physical activity or sustained training.

Product not suitable for vegetarians and vegans (collagen of bovine origin). Contains fish. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as individuals concerned by the precautions for use detailed below.

How to use SYNOGEN™?

Mix 1 level scoop, or a portion of approximately 12 g, in 200 to 250 ml of water. Stir until completely dissolved. The scoop is provided in the tub.

The product also dissolves in juice, a plant-based drink, or a smoothie. Avoid hot liquids, which do not improve dissolution and can alter vitamin C.

When and how often?

One serving per day, at any time of the day. There is no data to justify imposing a particular schedule, and regularity matters more than the chosen time. Therefore, choose the slot that you will most easily stick to.

A 300 g tub covers 25 days.

To be respected

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one serving. The product is for adults only. Consult the precautions for use mentioned below before use: they include several contraindications, particularly in cases of anticoagulant, anticancer, or immunosuppressive treatment, biliary tract disease, diabetes, asthma, or treatment with anti-vitamin K.

Incorporating a daily portion

SYNOGEN is taken once a day, with no time or meal constraints. It's a product that fits into an existing habit rather than creating a new one: at breakfast, in your morning water bottle, or after a workout, depending on what already structures your day.

Consistency is the only parameter that truly matters. Sticking to a slot six days out of seven is better than a theoretically optimal time forgotten one out of three times.

In a training context

On training days, SYNOGEN naturally integrates as a post-workout drink. It can also complement the rest of your Corgenic protocol. On rest days, it's better to keep the same time slot than to skip taking it: a daily intake product should not be reasoned based on training load.

The taste is mild and slightly fruity. The two flavors, orange and yuzu, dissolve completely in a few seconds of stirring, with no lumps or residue.

With the rest of your protocol

SYNOGEN is compatible with taking protein, creatine, or omega-3s on the same day. If you already take magnesium elsewhere, factor the 120 mg provided here into your daily total.

Why this formulation?

Why nine active ingredients?
Because each one is present in a readable dose, displayed on the table. A short formula only makes sense if it is complete for its objective; a long formula only has value if no line is decorative. The quantities are there to be compared.

Why 140 mg of vitamin C?
It is not there as an antioxidant. Vitamin C is the cofactor of enzymes that hydroxylate proline and lysine, a step without which collagen does not form normally. In a formula built around collagen, it is not a supplement. Hence a dosage at 175% of NRVs rather than a symbolic intake.

Why bisglycinate and picolinate?
Two forms chosen for their solubility and assimilation.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

In mainland France, delivery is free for purchases over €25; below this amount, the cost is €6. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

In other served European Union countries, the cost is €9 per order. The applicable delivery time is indicated when you confirm your order, depending on the destination country. Available destinations are displayed when you enter your address.

How do I track my order?

After validation, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been taken into account. Upon shipment, a second email will provide you with tracking information if the chosen delivery method includes it.

In case of unusual delay, please write to us at hello@corgenic.com stating your order number: we will check the situation with the carrier and advise you on the steps to follow.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are quickly sent to our logistics center for preparation. Please write to us as soon as possible at hello@corgenic.com with your order number: if the order is not yet being prepared, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified. You then have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

How do I return an item or exercise my right of withdrawal?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify it. Use the withdrawal feature accessible on the website, or write to retour@corgenic.com specifying your order number and the products concerned. Simply returning a product without declaration is not sufficient.

You then have 14 days to return the products to us; direct return costs are at your expense. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your return or proof of its dispatch, using the original payment method.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products unsealed after delivery – please check your order before opening a product you may wish to return. This exclusion does not apply to a defective or non-compliant product.
