Qu'est-ce que VITAMINES D3 + K2 MK-7™ ?

Une formule quotidienne associant deux vitamines liposolubles : la vitamine D3 (cholécalciférol), à 25 µg par gélule, et la vitamine K2 sous forme de ménaquinone-7 (MK-7), à 150 µg par gélule. La MK-7 est apportée par MenaQ7® MATRIX, obtenue par fermentation naturelle.

Comment ces vitamines agissent-elles ?

La vitamine D est synthétisée par la peau sous l'effet du rayonnement ultraviolet, et apportée en moindre quantité par l'alimentation. Elle contribue à l'absorption et à l'utilisation normales du calcium et du phosphore, ainsi qu'au maintien d'une concentration normale de calcium dans le sang.

La vitamine K existe sous deux familles principales : la vitamine K1 (phylloquinone), présente dans les légumes verts, et les vitamines K2 (ménaquinones), issues de fermentations bactériennes et d'aliments fermentés. Le natto, aliment traditionnel japonais à base de soja fermenté, en constitue la source alimentaire la plus concentrée. Ces formes se distinguent par leur devenir dans l'organisme : la MK-7 présente une demi-vie plasmatique plus longue que la K1 et que la MK-4.

La vitamine K agit comme cofacteur d'une enzyme qui active certaines protéines, parmi lesquelles l'ostéocalcine, protéine de la matrice osseuse. Les vitamines D et K contribuent toutes deux au maintien d'une ossature normale.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule per day, with a meal, with a glass of water.

Vitamins D and K are fat-soluble: their absorption is facilitated by the presence of lipids. Therefore, take your capsule with a meal.

This synthesis varies depending on the season, latitude, time spent outdoors, and the use of sun protection. In temperate latitudes, it is significantly reduced from October to March. Regular supplementation during this period addresses this variation.

What are the differences between the forms of vitamin K based on?

Vitamin K exists in different forms with different pharmacokinetic characteristics. Comparative studies have measured a longer plasma half-life for MK-7 than for vitamin K1 [1] and for MK-4 [2]. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

What doses have been studied?

A dose-response study conducted in healthy adults evaluated several nutritional doses of MenaQ7® and their effects on markers of vitamin K status [3]. The 150 µg provided by one capsule falls within the dose range examined by these studies.

What clinical data exist on MenaQ7®?

MenaQ7® is the subject of several clinical studies on vitamin K2 in the MK-7 form. A randomized placebo-controlled study followed 244 postmenopausal women for three years, with 180 µg of MenaQ7® per day, evaluating vitamin K status and various bone parameters [4]. VITAMINES D3 + K2 MK-7™ offers 150 µg of MenaQ7® per day.

What does MenaQ7® MATRIX technology offer?

MenaQ7® MATRIX is a proprietary technology in which MK-7 from natural fermentation is dispersed in a maltodextrin matrix, without coating or additives. The vitamin K2 used has an isomeric purity of 99.8% in all-trans form [5]. Stability data provided by the manufacturer cover durations of one and two years at 25°C and 60% relative humidity [5].

Why this formulation?

Why vitamin K2 in MK-7 form? Because it is the form for which most of the available clinical data on vitamin K2 exists.

Why MenaQ7® MATRIX? For an MK-7 obtained by natural fermentation, 99.8% all-trans — the biologically active form — dispersed in a maltodextrin matrix, without coating or protective additives.

Why 150 µg? To provide 200% of the NRVs, within the documented nutritional dose range for MenaQ7®, with just one capsule per day.

Why 25 µg of vitamin D3? This is the maximum daily dose set in France for adult supplements. The formula adheres to this rather than exceeding it.

How do I track my order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are quickly sent to our logistics center for preparation. Please write to us as soon as possible at hello@corgenic.com with your order number: if the order is not yet being prepared, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified. You then have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

How do I return an item or exercise my right of withdrawal?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify it. Use the withdrawal feature accessible on the website, or write to retour@corgenic.com specifying your order number and the products concerned. Simply returning a product without declaration is not sufficient.

You then have 14 days to return the products to us; direct return costs are at your expense. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your return or proof of its dispatch, using the original payment method.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products unsealed after delivery – please check your order before opening a product you may wish to return. This exclusion does not apply to a defective or non-compliant product.
